 Training and Consultancy

  • An initial consultation/diagnostic session - to identify where we can best build upon your existing policies and practices or focus on a specific issue you are facing.
  • A free annual ‘Lunch and Learn’ or training session tailored to meet individual requirements. (Further sessions can be arranged).
  • Audit your policy and practice, including support to implement the Carer's Leave Act.

 

 Carer Confident benchmarking scheme

  • A 75% discounted assessment fee for Carer Confident, our employer benchmarking scheme.
  • The scheme assists employers to build a supportive and inclusive workplace for staff who are, or will become, carers and to make the most of the talents that carers can bring to the workplace.
